PURPOSES OF THE DATA PROCESSING
Execution of agreements
Your personal data will be processed by us for entering into and executing agreements with regard to the rental of fully furnished safari tents and fully equipped campers and the maintenance of the resulting relationships, including associated marketing activities. For this we process your name, telephone number, email address, company name, any financial or fiscally relevant data, and the corresponding correspondence.
We use this information because it is necessary for the agreement or the conclusion or settlement thereof. We keep this information for as long as necessary to properly perform our services and agreements. We will then destroy it, unless we are legally obliged to keep it longer.
Click behavior and visitor data
When using our website we obtain general visitor data. This concerns the IP address of your computer, the time of retrieval and data that your browser sends. We use this data for statistical analyzes of visitor and click behavior on the website. We also use this to optimize the functioning of the website. Handling the order

With the contact form and registration forms you can ask us questions, make requests and, for example, register for our trips.
For this we use your name and address, telephone number and e-mail address. If you are a student, we will also ask for the name of your educational institution for verification.
